• Diploma/Degree Holder in either culinary arts or pastry and bakery related fields
• Responsibilities:
• We require a Chef Instructor - specialised in Pastry and Bakery. This position entails delivery of pastry and bakery education, participation in competition, execution of creative pastry events, consultation to food manufacturers and food service providers
• Teach and conduct professional pastry and bakery courses
• Supervise and execute the day to day operations of academy kitchen
• Part of the team in preparing curriculum and lesson plan for professional pastry and bakery course
