job Description

• Focus of the job is on operations and leasing of mall rental units
• Should be mall-goer and avid shopper so he or she can recommend new concepts for the mall
• Ensures maximum occupancy of retail rental units at all times and high renewal rate
• Partners and coordinates with internal units - Management Team, Technical, Finance, Marketing
• Maintains professinal business relationship with merchants
• Has Profit and Loss and budgeting reponsibilites
• Prepares and performs presentations on budget and management updates
• Assists in the development of new strategies
• May oversee a team of leasing / operations specialist

Qualifications

• With expirience in the areas of tenant relations, management and costumer service
• Top 10% of the class - High School and Collage
• Ability to multi-task - can implement simultaneous projects in a timely manner and successfully meet project objectives
• Knowledge or expirience in the area of retail an advantage
• Knowledge of marketing &management strategies / processes
• Must have initiative and knack for details
• With strong leadership potential
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Must possess strong presentation skills
• computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Strong negotiations and problem solving skills
• Good sense of judgement
• Program conceptualization, planning and implementation skills
• Creative

Education and/or Experience

Required : Bachelor's degree with emphasis in business and accounting

Preferred : Managerial expirience in retail or shopping center industries

Not more than 40 years old
